AMW Investments, Inc. and Midwest Entertainment Ventures, Inc. (collectively, AMW) owned and operated an adult-entertainment venue called Theatre X. The Town of Clarksville revoked AMW’s adult-entertainment license in early 2019 due to violations of local ordinances against lewd conduct.
